I hated carrots as a kid. No amount of coaxing,scoldings by my mother could make me eat carrots. then one day she made me drink this milkshake saying its mango. after that i never said no to carrot milkshake. (Oh I still hate any sabzi made with carrots!! :P)
this rich, creamy milkshake with all the goodness(vitamin A,Fibres) of carrots is super easy to makeNeed(Serves 2)
Carrot 2 medium sized
Milk 2 cup(cold)
Sugar 4 tablespoon
Elaichi Powder
Method
Boil carrot in water until soft
wait until it cools down
Blend all items together in a blender until thick amd creamy
Pour into a tall glass until half full. roughly chop some leftover carrots and add into the glass. fill the rest of the glass
Garnish with almond slivers or mint
serve chilled
